Luwaine is the head of human resources operations and is responsible for planning, directing, and developing H.R. initiatives and policies. She is accountable for adhering to federal, state, and local employment laws while keeping abreast of and implementing industry best practices.
She manages workforce planning and talent development and oversees the Human resources department while ensuring legal compliance and fostering the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
Luwaine received and maintained her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification and holds a Bachelor of Science, Management and Economics, and Human Resources Management from Empire State University.
In her spare time, Luwaine enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and sitting quietly on the beach, reading a good book when the weather permits.
