Jamila is the Human Resources & Operations Specialist. Her responsibilities encompass designing benefit programs, coordinating claims or requests, and keeping updated employee records. In addition to recruiting best-in-class talent, she guides managers and employees through the Human Resources procedures and answers questions related to JMX’s administrative policies. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from Brooklyn College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Health Care Administration.
